Privacy / data handling

Revision: 2026-10-12

Scope

This record covers the Linkvly marketing pages and early access correspondence. It is not a specification of the separate redirect service or the sites reached through it.

No client-side scripts, analytics libraries, remote media, or advertising integrations run on these pages. Their page code does not create cookies or browser storage entries.

Inputs & purpose

An HTTP request exposes connection data to the host: IP address, browser headers, path, and request time. Infrastructure may log those fields to serve traffic, diagnose failures, and detect abuse.

Email supplies the sender address and the message payload, including attachments voluntarily included. We use those inputs to respond and coordinate early access, not to create a public profile.

When a legal basis is needed, enquiry handling relates to steps you request and infrastructure protection relies on legitimate operational interests. Consent would be sought separately for processing that requires it.

Access & lifetime

Hosting and mail providers process the data needed to supply their services. Access may also be required to comply with legal duties. Linkvly does not sell personal data from these enquiries.

We retain conversations while a response or access discussion is pending, then remove them when the purpose ends, subject to legal retention requirements. Operational logs may be retained for a limited troubleshooting or security need.

Providers may use infrastructure outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards must accompany regulated transfers; contact us for information relevant to your enquiry.

Request path

Send a privacy request to hello@linkvly.com. State whether you want a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or an end to follow-up messages. Verification may be necessary before data is released or changed.

Rights depend on applicable law and can include portability, objection, and a complaint to a supervisory authority. Revised handling will be described here under an updated revision date. Independent destination sites publish their own notices.
